One of our most popular pies! This pie was created for a friend who loved another variation of this pie. I, of course, had to kick it up a notch or two. Baked with wild blueberries, lemon zest, cream, and a beautiful rose wine from Chateau Saint Croix this pie is always a crowd-pleaser.
Boozy Blueberry-Lemon Hand Pies

Ingredients
- Wild Blueberries
- Lemon
- Cream
- Chateau St. Croix Rose Wine
Pie Baking Instructions
Traditional oven
Keep frozen.
Unwrap and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Put glaze packet off to the side.
Pre heat oven to 425°.
Bake 22-25 min or until golden brown.
Cool and top with your glaze.
Enjoy!
Air fryer
Keep frozen.
Unwrap and place in the fryer basket.
11-15 min on high.
Check around 8 min.
Should be golden brown.
Grill
Keep pie on the top rack in the grill.
Or use low heat on the main rack.
